Minimum age 13. Under 16 only with a guardian present.
Cancellation – massage package
Cancellation or changes later than 48 hours before arrival are charged at 35% of the massage package price.
Cancellation – other packages
For other bookings, a fee of 500 kr applies for changes or cancellations within 48 hours.
No refund
No refund is given for cancellations or changes later than 24 hours before the booked time.

Can I book a massage without the spa?
No. Massage treatments are only available as part of a private spa experience – which is exactly what makes them so good.
Is the spa really private?
Yes. Every booking gives you exclusive access to the entire spa for the whole reserved time. No other guests, no shared areas.
Can we choose the music and lighting ourselves?
Yes! You can customise the music and lighting in the spa to your own preferences.
Where are you located and how do I get there?
We are located at Gjerdrumsvegen 5, 2040 Kløfta – only 18 minutes from Oslo.
By car: Take the E6 north towards Gardermoen and exit at Kløfta (exit 17). Follow signs towards Kløfta centre – we are located just outside the centre with free parking.
By train/public transport: Take the regional train from Oslo S to Kløfta station (approx. 20 min). From there it is a 5–7 minute walk or a short taxi ride. Ruter bus 840 from Lillestrøm also runs to Kløfta.
