Zen Harmony Spa was created because we missed a place where you could relax without sharing the experience with strangers. A place where you don’t feel observed. Where you don’t have to adapt to anyone else’s rhythm. We wanted to create a space that feels safe. Calm. Private.

Here, you don’t book a spot in a shared spa. You get the whole place to yourself.

That means you can relax the moment you walk through the door. No crowded changing rooms. No random encounters. No interruptions. Just you – and the time you have together.

Our Location

Our spa department is located in the lower floor of Kløfta Health House, with convenient parking right outside. This makes it easy to get here. We recommend arriving 5 minutes before your scheduled time to make the most of your visit.

This is possible with a reservation for at least 4 people. Please feel free to contact us for more information.

Important Information

• • All our reservations must be pre-booked.
• • Cancellation or changes later than 48 hours before scheduled time will incur a fee of 35% of the massage package price. For all other bookings, a fee of 500 NOK applies No refund for cancellations or changes later than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
• • Age limit 13 years (under 16 only with guardian).
